Al Madinah Al Monawarah is the first capital in the Islamic history, and the second holiest place for Muslims after Makkah. This is due to its religious and historical fundamentals, which have enabled it to occupy the said position.
“The Gate” will be as a facade for TAIBAH AL TAIBAH, this project is 12 km away from AL Masjid an-Nabawi. It has important and distinctive strategic location that any visitor to Al Madinah Al Monawarah will pass by it whether by air through Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport or by land at Al Haramain Central Train Station or by road transportation. This is in addition to a group of important landmarks such as Taibah University, Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz University, and Technology College. Therefore, the project is named “The Gate”.
The project is surrounded by main roads King Khalid bin Abdulaziz Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
In our Project, we considered the special location of the site to design and construct a high end international that tends to the needs of visitors in TAIBAH AL TAIBAH that was heavenly honored by the purest of mankind peace be upon him.
“The Gate” combines an upscale and balanced environment and it contains commercial activities in amazing landscape & water features that create an atmosphere to inspire comfort and relaxation.
